Up for auction is this fantastic terracotta pottery effigy god figure who is seated and wonderfully detailed throughout.
The expression and ornate feathered headdress are amazing and the piece is in excellent condition with no losses. Looks like the back bottom has a dark spot possibly from fire from its production.
A fine reproduction piece based on the great site of Teotihuacan in Central Mexico.
Measures 6” inches tall, 3.8” inches long and 3.3” inches wide (15.2 cm, 9.7 cm, 8.4 cm).
Would make a fantastic display piece, fine addition to a collection, or a unique gift.
