This Georg Jensen small Serving Spoon Parallel with Wings. This a very hard to find piece of flatware. It is 9 1/4 inches long, weighs 112 grams. The spoon is marked Georg Jensen, Denmark, Sterling at the bottom of the bowl on the back.The Parallel pattern was designed by O. Gundlach-Pedersen in 1931. Georg Jensen flatware is world renowned for its high quality, beauty, and elegance.

Georg Jensen was something of an anomaly: he was equal parts artist and craftsman. His material knowledge came through in his designs.
