One NOS Scotch 150 7" open reel to reel Superlife tape 1800 ft polyester with clip
ONE BOX of magnetic tape. Four boxes available, though I photographed only the 'ugliest' (sorta), thus you might or might not get exactly what's pictured (pictures of each can be posted on request).
The box is in good, though not perfect, condition. A bit of yellowing and minor tears. 'Scotch' is in white on a field of dark green (not black). Cellophane tape has partially delaminated from box, thus I was able to open and photograph. I did not remove the tape from the plastic wrapper.
The tape was stored with another couple dozen similar tapes and those have played well, and none have been found to have sticky shed or any other issue; however, I can't know for certain the condition of the tape.
Includes 1/4" reel tape in original wrapper, white tape clip, inspection coupon, splicing instructions, and notice regarding a change from red coating to the "new black Superlife" coating (since it's the "new black Superlife", I suppose that puts the age of the tape from the early to mid-1960s).
Has a green leader and red trailer tape
