Vintage Original Roger Calero Nicaragua Clay Pottery Vase Hummingbirds Flowers

Description

Offered for purchase is a wonderful relief vase made by award-winning artist, Roger Calero. He prefers to work in much of the traditional styles in a variety of shapes and is particularly good with floral designs. He is also known for the fine detail of his geometric pottery styles, and also does some pre-Columbian designs.
This vase features 2 hummingbirds flying around tropical flowers.
Measurements: Approx. 6 inches tall and 5.5 inches wide (at widest point). This piece is in good condition; there are a few minor chips to the paint. The most noticeable is on one of the hummingbird's wings (please see photo 7).
It is signed by the artist on the base (photo 6)
