WWII Mark II helmet Dunkirk

Description

This is an original, 1940-dated British WWII Mark II helmet with original paint, liner, and straps.
The helmet is stamped with "II" over the date 1940 on the chinstrap lugs.
The liner is stamped inside with 7 on the liner. This indicates is a men's hat size 7.
I could find no marks on the helmet shell, they are not obscured by paint because the helmet only has one coat of the factory original paint, so any markings were either faint or never applied.
The helmet is in excellent original condition, showing some paint loss on the outside top from use during WWII.
The liner is in excellent condition, still mostly flexible.
The wire is damaged on the front.
